Not bad, but I don't like the rear lowered more than the front.

why did you bother to cut out the exhaust cutouts?

or did you buy the lip kit from someone who had an r/t exhaust?

the car looks sick bro. love the tails.

oh and p.s, don't think that i can't see that intercooler. cuz i can. haha.

i cut the exhaust because it was much easier when the lip was off and i knew I'd be getting the exhaust

everyone loves the tails but other drivers can hardly see them in the day time as the angle of the reflector points on an out word angle, i may keep them but i also my change to my own version of the led tails to. And yes they are the pre tinted ones.

ssshhhhh........their is no intercooler their, i have no idea what you are talking about. :evil4:

Sexy! you need my colour matched R/T wheels for that bad boy!

I love the look of the 3G rear end with the lip kit. May be my next investment for my R/T

thanks, now if i could only find a cheap srt rear section that i can modify to fit. Everyone wants an arm and a leg for a stock rusted rear section.

I may just make one out of some bends i have laying around and some cheap tips

Looks great man

I hear ya about the drop, but if you look at the rocker area and not the wheel openings, you can see that the butt is still up more than the front. The wheel wells just make it look like it's squatting.

Small consolation, I know. But it still looks great!

I am either going with those wheels or the 03 up R/T wheels not sure yet

I would lower it more but i live in PA and the roads suck i don't think it could survive being lower with the amount of miles i put on it

The more i look at it the front " looking " higher doesn't bother me as the car looks perfectly level

do the silverstones for wheels, best IMO.

I wouldn't lower it any mroe up front, the ride looks killer... nice and even on the bottom.

So you got the eBay Tokico special (springs and strut package)? I've always wanted to see how they would look...i'm glad I didn't get them. I like the rear to "appear" it's an even height with the front...I say "appear" because the rear wheel well opening is lower than the front, giving an uneven look. Here's what I mean:

Image

The green line is to show that the car is perfectly straight in the picture. The blue line shows how the rear wheel well is much lower than the front wheel well, giving the appearance of an uneven drop, even though the car is very much level to the ground. The springs on my car back then were a used set of 1st gen ACR springs (not the correct Mopar lowering springs either).

If you are looking at getting new springs for a better drop, I'd go with Progress Technology. They are gunmetal in color and give the best drop IMO...I would have gone with them myself, but the Kazera StreetSport springs were on sale and are now discontinued.

As for the wheels, I would go aftermarket...I would stay away from stockers, especially SRT wheels.

Thanks, and to let you know, I have the Tokico HP Blues with Mopar Performance lowering springs (about 1" drop) I like the stance of the rear being a bit higher than the front, also the roads here in Kingston are the shits so lowering it any further is out of the question for me.

how much is a arm and a leg to you??? what do you think is a fair price?

the front of my car is not dropped around another 1/4 to half inch after driving it around and i think it looks better now. I can not go any lower with the roads around here, i don't wanna have to drive like a grandma because my car is too low.

As for the rear section most wanted 100+ but i ended up just making my own out of some spare exhaust parts.
