Lol you HAD to drop that bomb on me haha. I didn't do any more driving today because of that so I'm gonna get it fixed tomorrow. I don't think the wire I spliced into was the third brake light, even though the color was right.

If you can't get it to work, you can always run some wires from the 3rd brake light to each tail light. This way they will work, correctly, and it takes care of that issue....

Next order of business is some free time, some rags, some polish, and sore fingers/wrists...

Yeah DEFINITELY. I'll pick up some polish soon and spend some free time cleaning. Maybe I can even get my school to let me pull the car into a garage so I have something to do between classes haha.

Anybody else have Sir Mixalot going on in the back of their head when they saw the title of this thread?

I like what you've done... If those ambers are functional, they i'd say tint them. If they are just design, then leave em the way they are.

You would have a completely unique taillight set-up if you tinted them...

However, it would look just as good if you don't destroy those extremely rare set of tails and just tinted a US set.

Ambers are functional. You have to do some rewiring of the MFS but it wasn't hard at all.

I have tinted my old taillights but I got sick of the look. The reason I would tint them is because all it takes is a dab of acetone on a cloth and some rubbing to get it off. I tinted and removed my old taillights three times and nothing happened to them.
