Chrome to black...

Recently I posted pics of what my sister did to my car, breaking the brackets to my chrome projector lights. So she bought me new ones and I decided this time to go black! I plan on night shading the clear corners and eventually possibly going with a pre-darkened tail light or try to do mine myself, basically giving the whole car a blackout look except for the wheels. They stay silver/chrome lip. Teaser pics of the lights in. Will post more pics after I do the clear corners.

I'm liking the black! Now just to get rid of that pin stripe :-p To be honest though, If you're keeping the stripe and those wheels I think the clear corners would look best.

The pinstripe will eventually be coming off. See, the previous owner had wrecked the car and whomever they had repaont did a terrible job including painting OVER the old pin stripe! Also, there is some along the sides that just wouldn't come off. I am planning on a flat black cuda stripe possbility. It's still swimming around. First I need to get the hood painted and in doing that, I'll have the fenders blwnded in with the hood so there isn't such a big difference in old and new paint. Also plan on having the front bumper redon so basically the whole front ckip will be repainted. After that, do the cuda's, get some smoked tails and smoke the clear ccorners and third brake light and she will be stealthy ;).

Yeah, they are slowly wearing on me :).

My buddy is still trying to convince me that after I have all the body parts painted, to have the wheels painted. Still not sure i want to do that but it's lingering around.

Thanks for the comments so far guys.
