New paint courtesy of King County
Yeah have them cut you a check, then save some money and have the entire car painted any color you like. Now's your chance to get a custom paint job.

If it doesn't come off, I would imagine it would have to be sanded.
I called around and got mixed opinions, but it seems like it'll come off if I don't wait too long. The foam and black plastic pieces may be a different story.
Right now I'm afraid to touch the car because I wanna make sure they're gonna take responsibility for it.

This is one case in which the phrase "That'll buff out", is probably true.
Like you said, as long as it doesn't sit too long, I'd say the painted panels can be taken care of with either chemicals or a buffer and some compound. I've gotten spray paint off of vehicles many times just by taking my time with a buffer.
I'm going to say that the fender liner and things of that nature will need to be replaced.
Good luck.

In that case get the check find a place to cash it. Clean off all the white and buy some new shit for itLilSparkPlug wrote:That really sucks. However you don't need a full paint job. There are chemicals out there that will remove that paint from yours, without damaging the factory finish. Its just very time consuming and expensive. Either way, they are responsible for the bill.

Can't remember the name of the place. I had to cover for my parents at work (they run a surplus store) while they drove it down there to deal with the insurance man and stuff.
I would imagine it's a trustworthy shop if the insurance company goes to them for paint-related incidents.
Pics when I get the car back of course.

I probably would've gotten screwed if I messed with the paint. It's not like they haven't dealt with this kinda thing before.
Talked to the paint shop again and they said they got it off, but they haven't clearcoated it yet because they want me to look at it first. Going in at 8:00 AM tomorrow to see it.

They buffed the whole car, didn't see any paint except on the honeycomb grill pieces. Looked good, but they still had some cleaning up to do so I couldn't make any final judgement.
They somehow managed to mess up both of my headlights, there are a lot of cracks in the middle of the lenses on both lights. They're replacing them too, supposedly gonna be done tomorrow.
I should've brought my camera, but my brain doesn't work right at 7:30 in the morning.
