my buddy and i did it.. cost me 23$ for the tint and that was it.. only thing i gotta have done is the back window cause it was too much of a pain for us to do..

edit.. when we did it we took the windows completely outta the doors ..so the whole glass is tinted not just what u see

yeah, those back windows can be a biatch to do..... but its not impossible.

I hate mismatched tinted windows. I hate when the front is lighter than the rear, it just dones't look good IMO.

I know because of laws, you can't go that dark on the front. You should of made the rear 20% just like thr front.

Damn close, though. I won't attempt the tint on my windows on my Neon. I'll pay for the professional job on this car. I've tinted every one of my previous (3) vehicles and they look good for the first couple months then it always starts peeling or gets scratches or something. That back window would be horrible. I'll save for the $175 and get all the windows done by a 'pro.'

i had a 'pro' do mine....... and it looks like ass. I don't think it was worth the money I paid. I tried arguing with them, but its a little ghetto shop and I was kinda scared I would end up getting shot at......

there are bunch of places behind shea stadium in flushing where these kinda shops exist. Lord knows what really goes on there (behind all the car tuning, fixing, replacing etc.), but i had my windows done by a "private" company. Basically, it was a guy that owns a car audio/video business and he does tinting on the side. Actually, here's his website: http://www.tintingplus.com/

He actually redid a window of mine even when I said it was okay. He wouldn't have it. Gotta love honesty
