Wheels & Suspension arrived

Post by paranoir » Thu Apr 02, 2009 3:44 pm

Three really crappy pics, little nephew dropped the camera :(

Does the height and everything look pretty decent? I am putting on the new eyelids later today too.

LMFAO!!!!!!!! Whoa there cowboy...eaaaaaaaasy does it! He's saying the front wheel opening is level with the rear wheel opening. With most lowering springs the front is higher than the back so it's not "flat". He was actually complimenting your drop because what you have is hard to achieve and it's what everyone looks for with lowering springs.

I think everything, spings and wheels, look great as well.

Well, I wouldn't say that 'flat' is really any terminology used here regularly. I think the word is 'level' but whatever. either way, looks good. what wheels are those?

Struts are still stock, since I dont mind doing a little extra work and they are shit anyway. Next struts are going to be the Tokico, since I've been reading they're sweet, but I decided to get a Springpole setup for my dog instead. Maybe next week or by the end of this month I'll order me some struts.

yup, start saving for those struts now! your stockers won't last long, especially with sportlines.

the tokico blue's are your cheaper alternative, and if its your street car, that's all you need since you probably don't need the adjustability. i have the tokico illuminas, and i'd recommend those if you were going to do some light-duty auto-x or maybe some track days. a couple options for you for sure.

car looks good man, the wheels look great!

cheers.
