i love the green... iffy about the glowing part, but love the daytime look.

ok. so before I left it alone and just said "oh my". but I can't leave it at that after seeing the reflective pics. that has got to be the most rediculous thing i've seen on a neon in a long time. not to mention, I can't imagine that it is legal, or safe for other driver's to get distracted by.

Holy crap this thread got a lot of feedback quickly.

I like the green paint. But if I was driving beside you and I saw those green lights at night, I wouldn't like it. It would be cool for being parked and showing it off, but not while you're driving on the road.

they dont glow all the time its just when the light hits them at the right angle, and they are perfectly legal, they are used on motorcycles and road equipment as saftey reflectors

Yeah, I was going to say, the reflective pinstripe is used on a lot of bike rims.....

I like the glow, the green looks well done, I'm just not sure about the green on a blue car. If it was black, I'd be 100%

And you can get reflective vinyl to make if you're serious about the reflective green cudas.

I cannot believe this thread... lime green cudas will just amplify the hideousness... this is why people think neon owners are fucktards. maybe I'm being too harsh? maybe I should run out and plaster reflective tape on my the CF lip on my Coupe so I can be cool too?

In all seriousness, I must have missed the boat on the lime green wheel fad. There is a local black NSRT-4 that has solid lime green wheels. On the black it doesn't look too bad, but where did this fad come from?

As far as the lime green on the blue, not feeling it at all, reminds me of the yellow and pink color scheme seen a while back.

hey TNK heres the deal its not jdm its what i like its different and and thats all that matters, i could have painted them all black and been like everyone else, i was just bored with havin the same wheels, now that ive done this ive had more people than ever come up and say hey man thats cool, looks good, and even if they hate it they still notice me so...

o and i got some rollin shots that i will post up when i get home.

in conclusion i like the wheels and thanks to the people who said nice things and for yall that dont SUCK IT!!! LOL

you're right, what you like is what matters. but what I wanna know is, did the thought of keeping it clean, and subtle ever cross your mind? maybe color match the lip instead of painting it "outcast teenager screaming for any attention he can get" green?

yeah man but when i thought about it u know there are tons of clean and subtle cars on here and i honestly just wanted to do somethin crazy for awhile, i still plan on buyin some nice rotas but this was inexpensive and easy...
