So I've been feeling a pulsing when I hit the brakes, and just in general have felt like something was wrong, so I bought some new rotors and pads and went to town the other day. Think something was amiss? lol

BTW the new headlights look nice. Look forward to seeing the car with a facelift (new front fascia, etc.)

Money is a bit tight right now, so I just went to Autostoned and got regular replacement stuff. I don't do a whole lot of "spirited" driving, so stock is just fine for now.

Exactly.
I got the autozone setup too that will be going on soon. Lifetime warranty on the pads and 2 year warranty on the rotors. So I will have autozone pads as long as I own the vehicle for free.
I don't understand people that get the fancy rotors and pads that cost a small fortune that really don't have a warranty on them and its their daily driver, plus they never roadcourse or auto-X.

I mean if you need a tiny bit of extra brake performance I can see someone going that route. :S But its honestly a waste of money that a ton of people tend to do. And mostly they get it for the "looks" anyhow.

:dontknow:

Well, all of my mods thus far are for appearance, and I seriously considered going that route... but I don't care enough and cannot afford it right now, haha.
