Yea, pretty much...


I have actually been wondering which bumper is nicer; the 00-01 or the 02? I think the 00-01 is nice just because they make grills for them, I haven't seen any aftermarket grills for the 02. If they made grills for the 02, it would kill all other Neon bumpers.
