The only thing they called it on Modern performance was "rd turbo style hood" but it says nothing on the hood so i have no clue on the make all though i seen it once on erbuni site i think its called but i think they went outta busines.

I can tell that it's a work in progress, but that wavy looking material, random tribal paint and excessive gauges are what I was really asking about. A bit over the top. I saw the exterior of it and it looked clean as hell until I saw that picture. I cringed a little....
