Dreamz ii Reality Show - Rocky Hill, CT *added more pics*
Went to the DIID show today, Stefan was there with his SRT also. I'm nowhere near done editing the pictures cause I'm a bit tired and on top of a long drive I sat in the sun all day. I'll get the rest of the shots up tomorrow once I go through them. But...here's one for now.
1st Place Dodge/Chrysler
Best Female Ride (Trophy and a Coach bag)
Shots of Lucius and Stefan's SRT. The only two neons there. Annmarie's black SRT was there but not in the show because she is part of DIID and there were a couple others than came to spectate.
The coach bag... lol
Some of the other cars that were there:
Best in Show S/C'd Z06
This Skyline was absolutely filthy, which was kinda sad
Half Chevy...Half Honda
I loved the orange this Mercedes was
Pretty clean Tib, tough to tell but the wheels were a dark blue pearl.
I do have more but this will do for now.

Thanks guys! I'm not a purse person but it's actually really cute and kind of cool. Slaw I figured you would be there, I was kinda surprised I didn't see you.
The Dodge class (I corrected that thanks Nate! Proof I was tired) consisted of:
- 01/02 Stratus R/T Coupe
- Caliber SXT
- Caliber SRT-4
- late 90s Sebring Coupe
- My SRT
- Stefan's SRT
- A Black Charger SXT
- Black Charger with Viper Wheels
- Early model GTS Viper
- Silver Magnum SRT
- Charcoal Magnum SXT
Andddd I think that's it. The coach bag was part of the award along with the smaller of the two trophies. The larger one stands 3'3" tall.
Here's the rest of the Dodge class sans the SRTs:

19 total. Most are from last year's show season and this is only my second show this season. It doesn't pick up around here until July really. The breakdown of them is:
1st Place: 11
2nd Place: 6
3rd Place: 1
Best Female: 1
TOTAL: 19
It seems that having a "show car" anymore means colors that don't match, gaudy trinkets, cluttered, terrible paint schemes and just plain old bad taste.
I really wish these guys/girls would reel it in a little. It's to a point where its not even enjoyable going to events. Ergo why the mild z06 won.
You should have seen OC.

i wouldve been there but i had no idea that one was going on
im not really into the show scene, i like doing the somewhat local neon stuff but thats it, ive never brought it to local shows or anything, mainly because i felt i dont really have anything spectacular to show off and it would be the only neon there
but ill most likely be bringing it up to the new haven show on the 28th
congats on the win, car looks fantastic as always
