Many of you that have been to Carlisle know my car and the one thing that really sticks out about my car is my muffler. Well today I finally had my FF LTH put on along with Dynomax 2.5" pipe with a new muffler.
Out with the old:
You will have to wait a couple of hours to get the new pics

Without Further Adieu
Jerry, I had a shop 10 minutes from my house do it. Charged me $214 and I supplied 99% of the parts. It is a Fast Fab LTH jet coated. Dynomax 2.5" prebent pipe, High flow cat, SS flex and some eBay SS oval muffler with dual 3" outlets. It sounds pretty good but right now I have to try and modify the fire wall so I don't get so much vibration, the header is touching the fire wall at one point. I also have to try and get the shifter cables moved over a little more. But at least I don't have an obvious ricer exhaust by the looks of it.

I think that's the muffler I had about a week ago. That thing is loud without a cat.

Good thing I have a cat. Anyone know of a good way to massage the exhaust tunnel with the header still in place. I need a 1/2 inch or so f space between my header and the firewall, my car shakes like it has solid motor mounts.

I just bought a 18" flat head screw driver I hammered it in between the header and the firewall and have about 3/8" to 1/2" of space now. As for the shifter cables I have header wrap around them and then used steel wire and aluminum wire to bind them together. I now have about 1/4" space between my header and the inside shifter cable.

How about a side shot of the rear to see how far the new muffler sticks out?
