I have been asked about my configuration for the racing seats. So here are a couple of pictures of them done. I did this over a year ago and just made the brackets myself.
They fit with just a couple of inches clearance from the back window and still recline forward for access to the trunk and the Nitrous Bottle. I carpeted the exposed areas. Not pictured is the custom Armrest and console that I made out of a first generation Neons armrest and console assembly.

1. Remove gas tank
2. I made a template on cardboard of the bolt pattern of the bottom of the seats without the sliders.
The front brackets are just 2" wide 1'/8" thick steel that I bent into a 90 degree angle.
The rear is made with spacer blocks. (1" square tubing)
The blocks are cut to the height I wanted the rear of the seat.
I drilled the floor for the mounting bolts and run them from the bottom of the car into the seat. (I used large washers to reinforce the floor in the area in which the bolts went through.)
I powder coated all the brackets black to blend into the installation.
I'll get some measurements of the brackets and hardware on Sunday along with some better pics.

Hey Rich.....those STILL look great. How are your DriverFX seats holding up.....mine are doing VERY well, and I know we've had them about the same amount of time.

Josh.
No problems with the seats yet. But then, I haven't driven the car much over the past year.

lol....yeah I guess you really haven't. Mine seem to be holding up VERY well....but I wouldn't recommend any 2500 mile road trips in them........that wasn't a whole lot of fun when we Drove from TX to KS to NC.........
Your rear setup looks great though Rich......I looked into getting ahold of another set of black seats and harnesses and having you ship them and the brackets to me..........but I just went ahead and threw the SRT rear in mine for the time being......when the cage goes in, the whole back will be eliminated probably.
