he was suppose to have it painted last night. but the boss told him he had to get out of the shop. so he couldnt finish it. he said he was gonna try and get it painted today ( try because he has other cars he has to finish for work ) and put back together tomorrow. back together as he is painting the bumpers off the car. well we should see it painted by tomorrow afternoon maybe night.

i finally got the car painted.
Sealer
3 coats of regular black
1 coat of audi black with perl
3 coats of clear

yea a little orangepeel but ill be wet sanding and buffing the entire car and jams.

bad news tho everyone. im not aloud to stay after work to work on my car ne more. so lets break this down.
stuff ready for paint- rear bumper, sideskirts and hood. front bumper needs wet sanded and the fenders need a little more filler and then primar then wetsanded
the jams and car itself need to be wetsanded and buffed. and then the car needs to be put bak together. and if i cant stay after work to finish this stuff. IM FUCKED. that means ill have to puy the paint and clear and do it in a garage. OR pay the body shop i work at to work on my own stuff. ill find out tommorow whats going to happen.

i have a manager and the owners son. the owners son was supposed to be there making sure nothing goes wrong. he left when he was supposed to be. so my manager told the owners son that no one can stay after or do any more side jobs at the shop. no one is mad at me cuz i didnt do anything wrong. i just cant stay after. so i have to wait till tommorow to find out whats gonna happen. i want it done so bad.

i will, so far i did better on this paint job on my car then last time and everyone saw what it look like last time. last time i didnt wet sand and buff. so this time its gonna look even better. i didnt go into work today just cuz i was gonna be late so instead of being late and it looking bad i just called in. so i wont be able to take pictures of the car today. but there may be a way yet.

Damn thats looking good man. Maybe you can create a deal with the owner on finishing it up. Let him know how much it would mean to you and describe your situation and how you won't bother him again about messing with things after work.

well the owner has no idea that iv been staying after, and doing side work after hours. i will have to talk to the manger and maybe pay to work on my own shit. iv used all the supplies for free and i was supposed to paint my car with urethane but i mixed up the audi black, for free. and i used good clear and i was supposed to use cheap clear. all for free so if i have to pay to finish my body kit ill do it. i dont care ne more i want it done. iv got everything painted besides the kit hood and fenders and eyelids. so ill hopefully be putting the car back together soon.
