Don't really like it.. But like said above...

I'd like to see what the whole interior looks like first before I give a thumbs up or down.

I think it'd look better if it was more of a "shiny" fabric.

Did you ever consider that now your airbag will not work propper anymore?
The steering wheel cover has some rated break points - and the wrapping will avoid that the wheel cover can crack at that points.

Look at the picture:

(Neon steering wheel cover should follow the same principals, could not find better picture..)

Not a good idea safety-wise.

My first thoughts were about air bag functionality. But overall it just doesn't look right at all.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. I'm gonna put the emblem on snap some pictures. Buts it's probably gonna come off and b painted. Saftey issue I don't really care cuz no
matter what the air bag will go off. It's just thin fabric, if it's gonna rip thru rubber it will rip thru fabric that's just glued on

I dig it if you have more suede stuff done inside. But just it by itself is odd.

And I think it will just rip off or blow out of the way if the airbag deploys.

Well I have my headlinner done in suede, and I think I'm gonna do the door inserts in suede. I don't know yet we'll see.

I say no.
^either aftermarket or stock should be good.
i will feel hot if i'm driving a wheel like that.

I'm sure you could cut the suede around where you think the airbag deploys, then stitch it back up with some very thin string. The force of the airbag would easily rip that back open later when it needed to. That's if you decided to keep it on there though.

but i guess that will look ugly as a sin
you should better find a way to paint it.
and - the steering wheel should match the cover!

hmm, idea:
