i dont know rite now.. i see theres a guy from florida with a blue srt-4 for only $8700 seems good..TheRandom1 wrote:Oh well, shit happens.
What's your budget on a new car? I see several good candidates on the boards for under 6 or 7K...
true..TheRandom1 wrote:I would personally stay away from for sale posts by someone who has 1 post.
I dislike the fact that someone can sign up for a forum to sell their car and never come back. I prefer to buy a car from a dealership if I can, or if I go to a private seller, someone I know, or who knows someone else I know, etc...
that would only be $87 BUCKS.TheRandom1 wrote:1 dollar for every thousand miles? Seems fair...
That's a dirt cheap price, buuuuut, I would avoid that car like the plaque. It's got little kid stickers all over it (seriously, a hand flipping the bird on the front fender), which means that there's a 99% chance that someone under 20 owns it. That being said, about 85% of owners that young (that I've met) have absolutely no idea how to care for their cars, and generally beat the living crap out of them.sidepipe87 wrote:I don't think that $8700 is a low price for a car with 87,000 miles..

ahh stop reminding me. lol. well i might try to find me a cheap 1gn for the being and see where it goes from there..LilSparkPlug wrote:MoxHair wrote:that would only be $87 BUCKS.TheRandom1 wrote:1 dollar for every thousand miles? Seems fair...Even MORE fair that way!
Your insurance on an SRT will be higher now that you totaled out a vehicle, so that $240 will go up. If it had been a minor accident it would probably have stayed at that $240, but because you totaled a car it will raise it.
What a doucheTheRandom1 wrote:Thanks for making me look dumb, Mox. And after I defended your honor too...

ok thanks. just wondered.. my dad can weld.. so we are all good.. i might end up fixing the car my self.. but i dont wanna say too much rite now before i realize what im gonna do.. ill let everyone know what im planing for the neon, tomorrow night.TheRandom1 wrote:If I'm not mistaken... you drill out the spot welds and have to weld a new one in.
After making sure your measurements are correct a few times, double checking against everything else, making sure your frame is straight, etc etc etc etc...
Basically, if you can weld, you can do it. I wouldn't do it if you aren't an experienced welder, however.
