ok well ill probably be busy tomorrow night so i just thought id say what im gonna be doing to it now so you all can give me your opinion..here goes.

I was reading trough the papers from the shop and it doesnt list any frame damage at all. all i really need is a radiator core support.new motor mounts.the $7k is mostly labor and parts costs.so im thinking ill buy the car back from insurance after they give me whatever they will give me for it ( ill find out tomorrow how much ) and me and my dad can just do the fixing ourselves.

as for body parts.. here goes. im gonna go with stock sxt bumpers the front having the small fogs in it. srt4 fiberglass side skirts.srt4 wing (maybe on the wing ).lip kit.megan coilovers.new set of rims.black projectors.and as for paint well just repaint it the same Surf Blue. SXXXT will be painting my car this time. oo yeah and srt4 hood.

there you have it. let me know what you think about my plan.. and hopefully it will all be done in time for Carlisle.

Make sure you tell them you will want to buy the car back as part of the deal. Don't wait until they're ready to cut you a check. I've been thru this before.

Update: i just spoke with the claims insurance people. they gave me the dollar amount the car is worth and how much it would cost for me to buy it back. its a very very good offer. so im gonna buy it back and ill have way more than enough money to buy the stock body parts and radiator core support and still have cash left over for whatever else.

so now all i gotta do it call him back and tell him yes i want it and ill have the check within a few days and i would have the car back home by tomorrow.
