Looks like the bumper is cracked bad.

That car needs a new bumper from certifit, and could use a touch of Rustoleum paint! Add some Eibachs and it'll look alot better.

You say that there is no saving this car, but it's not too bad. My car used to look worse than that, then when I joined this site, I made better choices :D

it could look a lot better if it were in my hands but oh well, i just thought it was cool seing somebody doing something to neons around here, all i can say is oh well
