Pretty sure there isn't one piece of the car that is salvageable. And look ma! No airbags! I dont know who did this and I dont think this is local to me. But it was on one of the local car forums and Id thought Id share.

Ouch, looks like a snow plow hit it. The front of the hood doesn't look folded, just looks like it popped open from the side. If he only has front airbags, like me, they wouldn't go off on side impact.

The good news is that I did not see any blood on the interior of the car. Hopefully that means the driver was sort of OK?

Yeah like I said I dont know to many details but I dont think they were going 100+MPH in consideration that the point of impact is on the side and you still have a front wheel. But I do think they were going decently quick seeing how the steering wheels looks like a Pringle.

I'm sorry but I don't believe they were going that fast. Only the speedometer is stuck at that spot. And if you've ever played with a dash thats out you know that the needles are free floating and can move to any location.

It looks like it slid sideways into a bridge support or something. Whatever it hit wasn't a car because the Neon wrapped around it. It takes insane situations for cars to wrap around cars.

Could've wrapped around a semi.

Doesn't look like anyone was in it, because theres no signs of the jaws of life being used. Then again the keys are still in the ignition.

God I'm going to miss the Autobahns. 100mph+ is your daily commute speed. Its when you start hitting 140 or more that your butthole puckers and you bring your 2nd hand up to the wheel.

I used to drive like that all the time in my Saturn SC2. Driving down the highway for miles hitting the top speed limiter of 124, whizzing past cars. I also lost my license for a few months with that car, so go figure.

Damn, how I long for an autobahn... I'm just a speed freak. If you see me driving, I'm speeding. Too bad I can't even get the Neon up to 124.
