IMHO I really like the spoiler you're doing. Looking forward to seeing finished product pics. Damn UI wish I had your creativity and courage.

well that blue one wouldn't be hard to build and i was looking at the viper design and went out looked at the neon and was like hey that woulds look pretty sick. only down fall i see is price of selling the 3 piece. as it would take 3 times longer to build therefore the price would be higher.

but ill stick to the one i have now and finish it first.

Whoa, I just found this spoiler that looks exactly like what I imagined.

it's from CBD's Website
http://www.carbonbydesign.com/proddetai ... ear%5Fdiff

Anyone know where to find it or who makes it?

IIRC = If I remember correctly.

That was a PVO spoiler to mimic the PVO SRT Spoiler, there were very few made and most were CF but there were a few fiberglass ones. CBD didn't make them to my knowledge it was a guy who made a bunch of CF stuff then scammed a bunch of people. :(

was that the same guy from Alberta canada??? he also wrapped pillars and other interior parts??? my g/f after fighting back and forth finally got her pillar from him thanks to Neil ( evilSRT)

update on the spoiler

i have it shaped to the car much better now a sharper radius to match the cars look better, i have a low spot on one side i need to finish before i do the final tooling gel coat to make the mold off it.

i wont get much done this weekend as im heading to MI tomorrow to grab some Kaminari parts.

 The latest pictures of your spoiler-in-progress really enhance the original contours of the Neon. If you sell them, I may have to buy another trunk lid for one of my cars !

Why not just run a high mount third in the window?

Yeah. It looks much cleaner IMO. Plus, I think where the stock 3rd brake light on Neons is is a terrible location. Kills the trunk.

If so, fuck the other idea.

hell i wouldn't even put a 3rd brake light on. i just thought a smoothed in strip that you cant see till the light on would work awesome with my paint scheme

but yeah i dont have to have the 3rd brake light installed in them if i make more then one i an leave them out.

the top image of the proto drawing is amazing. I soooo would want that if that would have made it. It pisses me off when companies do drawings like this and never follow through with it. Just like watching Chip Foose doing the drawings, but he actually does it!
