You may be one of the first of many to stop drving Neons, as they wear-out. Hopefully Neons will be fondly remembered (like the old Dodge Colts from the 70's) for a long time.
Neons have been out of production for six model years. My next daily driver will probably be a Ford Focus, or possibly the new Fiesta. Can't explain why I like them better than Civics,
Corollas, or whatever else is a popular small car.

Who told you, you needed to break it in? :/ I went WOT within 20 miles after S3 install. Doesn't hurt anything. Its like the debate of breaking in a new performance car with 0 miles. Some do it, some don't.
based on the Neon's 12.5 gallon tank = 15 mpg?
Neon never takes 12.5 gallons to fill up. Only like 8.1 for me.

I got 217 miles out of 8.1 gallons. Thats city and highway driving. Not bad for a car pushing out as much power as I am.
So LSP, Go WOT yet!?

I recommend slamming on it at 3k rpm in 3rd.

Have you ever run the car out of gas? 12.5 seems about right...

No, but I have run it down to where the alarm sounds, and put about 10 gallons in

How many gallons each fill-up? ... If 8+-, then you're averaging 40 mpg

Forced Performance recommended a break-in as well as the Mopar Stage 3 instructions.

So I followed them. AGP recommends it on their turbos as well.

Driving 55-60, there's no reason an NSRT4 can't do more than 320 miles on a tank. Of course, I could never do that. Boost is too much fun.

You have no idea how many people ask me "WHY do you need that to go 55-60mph?" Why not!?
I hate it when people ask that. It's fun, it's a hobby, and how many other things in life can give you the adrenaline rush that a quick car can and will. It's a whole other reaction when I mention road racing or autocross. It's usually followed by them giving me a look like a dog who just heard a strange sound.

I get that same look when I say I don't track it I show it. *shrugs* Everyone always expects that because you have a certain make/model that you will go with the crowd and do exactly what others with the same make/model do with their cars...they get really confused when that's not the case

That's why "car guys/girls" stick together. I don't expect the general public to ever improve.
