Have been working on the radiator from a buddys neon, but failed as the aftermarket radiator does not fit

Don´t trust your local dealer ...

Will fix that tomorrow and a how to will follow asap

that´s right.

They sold us a radiator which should fit a 2005 double fan but the green is a 2000 single fan.

But now we know the radiators may be really different and now we know why the old radiator was leaking - the green is an 3-speed-automatic which has the major defect on the included automatic-cooler-unit. It has been driven about 20t km after the nozzle broke off. The same as I had on my black neon two years ago.

And now we could say that it is just a question of time until the main radiator gives up, too.
