lol no he doesnt, his turbo kit is laying in my livingroom, his downpipe alone is 4.5-5in or so big on inside dia.

No worries, you just let it melt a hole in the hood, like ppl do for the dual outlet exhausts in the rear fascia.
Fuse boxes are over rated.

800+hp seems easy with LS's.
I doubt you have an LSx block, but those were handling 2000hp with a 427ci displacement. They didn't get it in a car, but the beat it up on a dyno and it lived.
