Haha, nope Luis, guess it was time to grow out of that
OT: how do you like your CX-7? My mom has an 07, and aside from being ugly as fucking shit, its a nice rig, and for the size, that turbo is peppy.

I agree the 07-09 are pretty damn ugly, Christie and I liked the revised front end of the '10 though. I picked it up for her since her stratus was dying and I was tired of working on it and putting money into it.

It's a pretty sweet car, the engine is very impressive. I want to take it out sometime and race a stock Srt because I think it'd be a good race. I'm not allowed to mess with it really lol Which is good because that let's me save for the next project.

Over 2 feet of snow and about a foot and half the other times it snowed... Doesn't work well with a 800ft downhill driveway

This i can vouch for i would fucking kill myself if i had your driveway and snow

Thanks Sam. And ehh... she runs. I fought vacuum line stuff for a week, and shes still smoking a bit. Gonna try a new PCV and see if that cures it or not. Hopefully it does.
My Greddy turbo timer and Kinetic WGA showed up today, i will be tearing the box open when i get home from work tonight

Is it smoking from the exhaust? It may still be burning off oil in the exhaust and the cat. Try taking off the downpipe and starting it to see how it looks.

The smoke is hit and miss, and the only exhaust i have is the downpipe

If you can't afford the insurance on all of them then yes there is.
Posted: Sun Dec 12, 2010 10:33 pm

I wouldnt say that it cant be afforded, its more along the linea of the truck is broke, and the Coupe is in the garage, so why insure them to be parked?

I dunno about where you live, but here in IL it's a requirement to have insurance on any vehicle, running or not.

Every state has different laws, some states don't even require insurance until after you've been in an at-fault accident.

I could swear that insurance on any road car was a national requirement. But alas, that's why I said "I don't know about where you live"

Ohio only requires insurance if the plates are current. (It doesn't excuse you if you simply let them expire, and keep driving it.)

WA doesnt require insurance on a vehicle youre not driving, as far as i know. My insurance agent knows what rigs i have, what is and isnt insured, and has never said anything.

I know, well at least here, that if the car is still being paid for you must have insurance on it, regardless. But that doesn't make any sense why a state would have a law that if you have a vehicle, you must insure it even if it's sitting in the garage for months at a time. It just doesn't sound right... oh well, se la vi

It does make sense though... if it's in the garage and the parking brake isn't set the car could roll out of the garage. If it does that and damages another car, you're liable, your insurance would cover it.

The only thing my Coupe would hit if it rolled would be the garage and my Ram. The Coupe would lose that battle.
