Yikes. Hope the engine is a cleaner install than the overall execution of the car. Reminds me of my bad decisions in my past.

Well the 2.4 swap is eh decently done I'm cleaning it up this winter. The hood is just laying there it. It was before I got it back together.it needs a repaint but I like the sleeper pos look. And yes that's a one wiper mod yes it sucks. I done it because my friend needed a wiper for his probe so we took mine when my car sat dorment for 2 years. And besides I. Said my neon aka pile lol what did you think pile ment?

If you are boosting it, then the nostrils in the hood has funktion!

I actually think the hood has potential .... clean-up the openings, add mesh, and repaint .... but I'm a ricer @ heart

kudo's for the 2.4 swap, should get the pig of a 2gn moving. def clean the car up some and get an srt or stock hood for it.

I plan to clean it up some. The hood is a skinned 71 roadrunner hood that was "laying" around. I have the factory inserts but no nuts for them but now that I work at a body/mechanical shop the body will see some love. And yes there are plans to boost it here around tax timeish.... only time will tell. And btw my car weighs less than a 1g for the record. Now a gutted 1g eh... not so much. Lol. Thanks for looking and the compliments/complaints.

I've just never seen a 71 hood like that, most had the large scoops or the vents on the sides. And he could have stuttered...he was typing and I simply read what he typed, I couldn't hear him

It wasn't really a common hood I don't think, would have had a power bulge in the center of those nostrils (I can't tell if its there in the pic or not) would look better if it was not black.

post some pics of the interior... I saw this thing at the mopar nats and about shit my pants when I looked inside. It looked horrible. dirty, completely gutted, and wires running everywhere.

Typo yes 74 hood I meant to say. Yes that's a 1g its a donar.yes its a shamble inside you seen it when it had only been back together for like a month and it was a nasty rush to finish.

I use to on my old phone this new phone won't play my old phones videos with sound and it lost/erased some. I had all my build pics on my sd card at one time.and right now I'm really deciding between boost n spray... neons.org has me almost convinced n20 is the way to go that and I can get it for cheap and really have most of it already.... so ill throw this out to y'all on here n20 n/a or boost? Ill take some more pic today maybe I'm feelin the need to go work on it a lil bit lol...

If you throw nitrous on the car, you can have it fast for cheap as hell. But it's not legal for the street.

Well I plan to now that I work with a body shop (I'm not a body or paint guy) I will so I can have them paint it and the car maybe....
For weight redux its got the following. Atx to mtx conversion,no p/s,a/c,heater a/c box, dash wiring heater controls, airbag, radio and wiring, carpet,head liner, no cat, rear sway bar, coil overs with shorter struts front n rear, half radiator ( honda), gutted trunk lid no seats. Pretty much everything but the sound deadening that you dry ice etc to get up off the floor. Its definatly not street friendly but it does the job when its warm out.

No I handle all the mechanical side of the work... they're looking to expand/ get things straightened out and open up an automotive shop too. So right now I do rebuild on non body parts and do tear down and do a whole lota standing around collecting my nice hourly wage while surfing the net on mt phone. To answer your question...
