Sorry to hear about you losing the car like this. Trust me, I can definately relate. If you can, I agree 100% with LSP, buy it back and part it out to recoup some of the $ you've put into it. On a positive side you're OK and didn't get seriously hurt aside from a possible concussion. I HIGHLY recommend you get yourself checked out at a hospital or even by your regular Dr. though just in case something rears it's ugly head in the future with your health. When I got broadsided by a drunk driver I too had a small concussion and for months after the accident there were times where I couldn't remember what to call everyday items in the house, this was all due to me bonking my head when I got hit. That was some scary crap to be honest with you.

I probably would have sat on the side of the road and cried like a frikkin baby if that biatch had slammed me like that. She otta be charged with child endangerment, wreckless driving or something. nothing. her insurance will not give me a rental or give me a pay out price on my car since shes claiming her brakes failed, but they wanna tow my car away already from the shop.. i told them not a chance in hell till i get money for my car or a rental atleast.. to which they say sorry we cant do ether till we know if our insured had a brake failure or not.. so i told them well then nope.. no car. eat the storage fees then and have a nice day. they keep dicking me around. they already sent some one to do the estimate on my car which was 6k+ and its totaled. so pay out fuckers..

So far ive been nice guy to them but asshole ryan is gunna come out really fucking soon.

Also her brakes did not fail. her brain failed to realize to tell her foot to hit the brakes while she was driving and talking/texting on her phone.
