2/94 build date acr I think was a neon challenge car it had a Kirk cage with the front bars just in front of the seats with no extending legs that would have last been legal in 97. Built to and raced in Spec Neon

Plans are to replace speakers and enjoy

I'm not sure how many '95 ACR's are out there. They weren't available to the public. They usually have 14" alloys, not steelies.
