Could anyone post pictures of your RT front bumper with a "home-made" lip attached to it. I'm involved in a small project and I would like to add an additional lip
Pictures and from where the "lip" was purchased.
Thank you

hey what is the difference between a regular 2002 dodge neon bumper and a 2002 dodge neon rt?
my question is because i have a 2000 dodge neon and i put a 2002 front bumper but when i call a acouple places to ask for a grill they ask me if i have a regular 2002 or the 2002 rt....but everytime i ask them what is the difference between the 2 they dont know they just tell me to look in my car if it says rt some where but i know my car is not an rt. so how can i tell which bumper i bought OR to be more exact what is the difference between a regular 2002 grill and a 2002 rt grill.......thank you in advance...some pictures would be great but not really need

In 2001 the regular Neon had the same bumper it did in 2000 but the R/T and ACR had the bumper that more closely resembes that to all Neons in 2002. So in 2001 they have a non-R/T / ACR grille that's just the straight bar going across and the other grille that was used on the 2001 R/T and ACRs as well as all the 2002 grilles.
In 2002, the difference with the R/T bumper and the regular Neon bumper was that there is a little lip at the bottom on the R/T and the regular Neon bumper just rolls under.
The picture above of the red Neon in post 5 shows it best. It's the red lip at the bottom where the regular Neon bumper doesn't have it.

Are you going to be adding this to your mopar lip ? I had originally planned on just using some garage door strip on my factory bumper but lately have been thinking about adding it underneath to protect the lip kit I put on (just kinda added scratch protection) just wondering if you are thinking the same thing I am I might be able to show you exactly what it will look like before you do it , that way you don't have to buy if its not exactly what you want.

If you have a 2001 then no. If you have a 2002 then yes. 2002 there is no difference between the R/T and regular Neon grilles.
