2gn.org's 2012 Calendar!

obviously we don't have one yet, and a few people already like the
idea of having the calendar. it isn't in my power to say whether or not
we have one, but i thought if we could get some calender worthy
pictures together, we'd have ourselves a legitimate calendar!

gramps had the idea of this picture as the calendar cover, and
thanks to r34neon01, this is what we've got

post your best pictures, or pictures of other cars you favor! this needs
to be the best calendar yet!

and use the poll votes to let us know if you're interested in having a
calendar. it would help to know how big of a hit these would be. i
know i would definitely get a calendar!

i didn't know we still had a calendar. its not often talked about..
unless you're talking about 2gn of the month, and the last one was
knight which was October 2010.

2011 Calender Ordering Now!

Gramps was saying that as a kind joke, because Jason always just uses the 2gn logo as the calender cover.

We always do a search for calender photos a few months before January.

Whether or not there will be a 2012 calendar is still up in the air, I believe.

The problem is that there is such poor interest in people actually buying the calendar.

If there is a 2012 calendar then it will probably be handled like the 2011 calendar was handled with a pre-order and then the rest being handled through CafePress, but like I said there is no true decision about the 2012 calendar yet.

I will pre-order when prompted to do so. There have been so many pics posted this year where I have suggested "2012 calendar candidate" so we shouldn't have a shortage of pics to use.

I think I'm just gonna make my own calendar with the cars I want in it.
Perhaps have the official 2gn 2012 calendar (that no one will submit to or care about and will be out by October - next year

), and have the iThane/Gramps/R34 sponsored calendar that actually gets made, has nice pictures, and is at everyone's house by Jan 1.

C'mon now, let's be positive about the official 2GN calendar- we had one for 2011 that was pre-order and I see no reason why we can't do 2012 the same way. Remember, the official calendar helps to support 2GN so let's put our energy into that one.

I really enjoy the 2gn calendar hanging on my wall right now. I hope that 2012 happens because its very unique. Definitely nicer to look at than kittens or another common calendar. I would definitely pre-order again this year.
