Hi Guys and Dolls
I'm still driving around like a baby since the job was done...worried somethings gonna break
also when my mechanic installed the rad ..putting in the fans he bent a few fins in the rad...he said it was like impossible to avoid...how many fins can be damaged for the rad to not work proper???
Ok Timing belt and coolant system done...
New rad Koyo...
New mounts: Mopar
Timing belt components Littens and some made in the USA belt...
Coolant hoses up and down
New cam sensor...old one leaking...
New thermostat
New rad Cap
New PICS enjoy
and when i took these pics it was like 95 degree out!!!

Looks good. To answer your radiator fin question I wouldn't worry about it to much. While it is possible to install a fan and not damage any fins, it is a pain. Ive gotten pretty good at it as my neon is on it's 6th radiator.
Based on personal experience Ive had to JB Weld damn near 1/3 of a radiator to get back on the road after hitting a racoon. I drove for 3 hours on the freeway with no fan and 2/3rds cooling capacity and it was fine. Ive also driven a neon for a month with a radiator that had about 3/4 of the fins missing. It was fine as well. So a few bent fins is no big deal.
