Another odd, but beautiful day here in Northeast Ohio at the end of January... :? But nonetheless, I got out, shined 'er up, and got some pictures snapped by Lake Erie. A big change you might notice to the car are the 'Cuda stripes. Let me know whatcha' think!

awesome pics dood!! looks great. but +1 on the tint. if you want to drive down to columbus, i know of a great tinting place. damn near everyone in town goes there for tint, and it's just a little hole-in-the-wall shop on the east side of columbus. but they do awesome work! 8)

How much do they charge? I was thinking about running to the Cleveland area to see what I could find as far as tint shops but I heard they're pricey that way... Do those guys offer any kind of warranties?

Hmmm... Lakeshore Park in Ashtabula, Ohio is where that's at. It's a great place and also the location I was talking about for a NE Ohio 2GN meet. It's probably one of the nicer lakefront parks in NE Ohio.

hey, didn't know you got Cuda stripes....can't really see 'em cuz ur red is kinda dark, plus the lighting in the pics aren't that great either, but I'm sure it looks much better when the sunlight is out! Again, eager to see those RH-5's on there!

Yeah, the Blaze Red is a pretty neat color. Sometimes is looks pretty bright and sometimes it has that dark tint to it. As far as the lighting in the pictures, those pics were taken about 20 minutes before sunset... Trust me, I was trying to hurry up and get those pics snapped off. :) The 'Cuda stripes the wifey got me for Christmas and she did most of the installing them. I never really announced it because I wanted it to make people say, "Hey! I didn't know you had Cuda stripes!"

cost is dependant on the car. so i'm not sure what it will be for an 03. the base cost for my subaru was ~$170, and if i remember correctly (though it's been a few years), it was about the same for my neon. i had them use this performance metallic ("stealth" as they call it) tint from llumar which looks black/grey (as opposed to purplish like other tints), and costs $20-30 extra but is guaranteed not to fade. they do include warranty on the tint from the manufacturer (at least the llumar stuff they do), i'm pretty sure they do on the labor too, but not 100% sure. i haven't had any problems with bubbling or anything with the tint on either car though. they do excellent work, like i said, everyone in town seems to know and goes to this place, and i've never heard a bad experience from anyone about them either. :thumbleft:

Actually, it's a knock-off. It's not quite as bright as Whelen, but it gets the job done for sure! I actually got it free from a guy that sells LED dashlights and lightbars - He sent me that in exchange for designing his business website. :D
