Question is how much of the internal guts of the original neon are left. It looks to me that it sits on a truck frame with probably the engine etc. as well. You can see the drive shaft so it is at least rear wheel drive if not 4x4.

Not thrilled about the truck bumpers, but i'd still rock the hell out of it
