thanks
while i was out this afternoon, i've noticed how smooth and easy to make a couple more panels are, so if you're interested, i'll give this a try this week...
the vents on each side, are actually part of one big piece... i can do both of those on either side, and these will go with the fuse box cover, and the fake cover on the other side.... THEN, the next piece starting from the left, is the plastic under the steering wheel, which is one big plastic piece that stretches all the way to the center console and hte HVAC knobs... what do you think?

How about a panel to fill the hole under the radio? You know, where the defrost switch and cigaretter lighter are. I keep thinking I wanna close that somehow for switches but can't decide on how to do it.

So your talking a full CF roof not just looks? MMMMM weight savings. I wonder about roll over protection though?

no no no, sanding the roof and then laminating it... otherwise, it'd be a "roof cap", so just a stick on piece...

While you're making carbon fibre chassies, how about making it a 2 door and making the front doors longer, for easy back seat access.

^this kid is crazy good with CF! Damn, mad skills bro.
I tell you what I'd go for, maybe an HVAC bezel surround, a center console accent piece, and maybe steering wheel accents... Just nothing to interfere with the airbag. Check out the inside of a Porsche GT3 with the carbon fiber trim option... thats what i like.

Is the gauge accent piece an overlay? or does it bolt in directly in place of the old one? I really like it!!

no, stick on... the stock part doesnt bolt in, it gets jammed in... it has some prongs sticking out the back, and those click into the dash.... there's no way i can duplicate that

the one that goes on the driver side... can you just make a cover, that gets rid of the hand part, and make the inside flow alot better? thats would be nice

you mean like the one on the right

you can see how the fiber dipped in a little over the hand piece

as in a package that includes all 6 pillars and cluster overlay? i think that's fair enough, since these are things i'd imagine everyone would want right?

I also sorta like the idea of the airbag delete in CF but I'd like it as a direct replacement, not stick on.
