-2004 R/T
-Blaze Red
-38,550 Miles
-No Sunroof
-Rear View W/ Map Lights
-6 Disc Changer
-Cruise Control (Definetly gonna remove that)
-IDK where the magnum badge went.
-Still has 7/70,000 Powertrain warranty from dodge
-Has 100 day bumper to bumper warranty from the dealer I got it from.

Paint/Exterior I give a 8/10
Interior a 10/10
Motor a 10/10

This car is great. So things I have to order/plans are:
- 2K2 Conversion!
- Get my 2k2 front and civic lip painted.
- Order 00-02 Black Housing Projector Headlights.
- Order 2k2 Foglights.
- Order Mopar Lip Kit for rear.
- Order Carbon Fiber Eyelids and B Pillars.
- Smoke Tails.
- Megan Coilovers.
- Carbon Fiber AVS Spoiler.
- Possibly a nice set of wheels.
- Possibly a maddog STS.
- Possibly ScanGaugeII .

Things I have now that I have to put on:
- Hotchkis Sway Bars
- Strut Braces
- Carbon Fiber C Pillars & Sidemarker deletes.
- Carbon Fiber Center Console
- Alpine Headunit w/ iPod adapter
- Injector Cover
- 2k1 R/T Wheels

Everything that goes on this car will be only top quality. No more short cuts, cheaper parts, rattle canning engine parts, no vinyl crap. Only the best for this baby.
Tomorrow I will be debadging it and possibly removing the sidemoldings, and give it a nice coat of wax. Pictures tomorrow!

I can't wait to see this one progress, I didn't come around until the horrific end of your last car.

I would definitely remove the side moldings when you debadge it, but leave the R/T on the doors, at least for now.

Your plans sound awesome, but I think I'd leave the current wheels (you could paint them gunmetal maybe?) and do the eyelids and AVS spoiler the same color as the car, unless you go with a carbon fiber hood and trunk.

This kind of makes me want to do a project log on my SRT. I bought it about 2 months ago with 19K on it, 1 owner and basically stock. I've slowly been modding it and I've got a pile of parts in my bedroom to throw at it.

Why would you remove the cruise control? That's my favorite feature of my Cobalt. No more worrying about speeding on the highway! :D

Good idea about not taking shortcuts. I made the same mistake with my neon, and I re-FUSE to do that with my cobalt. I'm actually spending the money and doing things right this time.

Also, trust me on this one, get JohnnyMopar cradle busings, booger bushings, and a Maddog 72% reduce STS (or higher) FIRST. It makes the car 10x more fun to drive. It'll cost about $150 and it is worth EVERY penny! Don't get lower than a 72% either, you'll get bored with it after awhile and wish you had the 80. If you do go that route, just install all of it at once, don't do bits and pieces.

I'll be keeping a close eye on this project log. ;)

You have good taste in mods

Yeah guys I'm dying to put the parts on! But I want to wait till I have the majority of the parts. Tax, Title, and License here in Jeresy is gonna cost me around 610$. :(

I figure by late June I will have most of the parts.

If you can, I would say leave the wheels on. They are pretty rare. Really looking forward to your progress on it
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

No, the 01 wheels are sexier.

get a mopar lip kit on that bad boy, looks out of place on the RT, and definately makes those 03-05 neons a ton better looking! I think you can buy them in Blaze red as well, at least my side skirts were blaze red... my second favorite color ;)

And no, I won't be at Carlslie, I'm going to be in Kentucky the week before that and that has priority over Carlslie when it comes to money, sorry. :(

Dude, the car looks GREAT! I am just sad that you are going to put carbon fiber crap on your car...it looked okay on the blue you had, cuz it was a very dark blue...almost a blue-black and it looked okay. I can't see carbon looking good on blaze red. Sorry bud, but that's my opinion on your carbon fiber plans.

Everything else sounds great! I especially like the 00-02 front conversion...it'll be different, and different is good...most of the time.

Also, I would shave the mouldings AND emblem...ALL of them, including the R/T. It will look much cleaner that way IMO.

Good luck on the project! I will be checking up on you! :)

Today I debadged the "Neon" emblem.. I was gonna do more but me and my friend went hiking in the Catskill Mountains instead. Everything will be shaved, hoping the paint under the moldings is OK.

As for the CF, the eyelids will be painted, but I'd rather have CF Pillars than plastic, flat looking B&C Pillars.

Ok, the carbon b and c pillars should look alright...but I think it would look bad-ass if you cleared them with a flat clear. It would be subtle and sweet IMO! What can I say...I'm a sucker for low-gloss! :)

Sweet night pics dude! I gotta play around with my Panasonic cam and get the settings right so I can get pics like that. Gotta say...I've never been a fan of the pattern of the inserts on the R/T seats. You know what that means...KATZKIN LEATHER COVERS!!!! :)
