The fitment is pretty good. The ends kinda stick up but you really gotta press down the tape and it'll stay. I picked it up from a local for 80$ instead of buying it new for 200+ so I ain't complaining lol.

I broke it trying to straighten it out. Needless to say, it didn't fit, tried heatgunning it, ended up snapping one of the ends off. Balls.

Dropped everything off today. It won't be done till next Tuesday the 30th though :(. Turns out gold flakes are special order so I went with silver. 400 for everything. So theres no point in rushing the wheels now cause I want everything to be done at once. So no pictures of everything till next Thursday the 2nd.

So no gold?? WTF? Why flake though? Flake can be tacky due to its large size compared to a pearl which is much sexier. :) Did you finish sanding the wheels?

No no no you guys got it all wrong. Everything is still gold. But in the parts that were getting painted black i wanted gold flakes, to accent the all gold parts. . But gold flakes are special order. So I got silver flakes to throw in the black.

I would have waited for the gold flake to come in...why are you such in a rush with this? I think the gold flake would have looked better than silver...especially now that practically EVERYTHING will be either blaze red, gold, or black...now you added silver? Hmmmm...it'll be interesting.

Not to mention the gold flake was an extra 75$. o_O He hooked me up with silver for free.

But in other news...:

1/4 wheels done. And I still have to add the red lip. These shits are taking forever to do. Flhfmd how the fuck do you paint your wheels like every 2 weeks? I would kill myself. Next time, I'm just paying someone.

Looks good, but it's not worth it in my opinion. I'm just gonna get my R/T wheels powder coated. I don't wanna deal with having to prep them all, and then top it off with a subpar paint job. Should all look great though!

I'm gonna jump on this bandwagon as well, I would have either done gold pearl instead of the flake or painted them solid black. I don't think throwing silver into the mix is going to mesh well. Wheel looks good though :)

Move over and make room for me on the bandwagon.

In the overall scheme of things waiting a little longer and an extra $75.00 is nothing.

Ah well, what is done is done. Perhaps it will turn out excellent and those of us on the bandwagon will all be dumped into the pig trough. LOL

In any case, nice progress on the car... you are really transforming it!

You guys need to chilllllllllllllaxxx, the silver is gonna look amazing. It will go real well when I polish up my A/C lines and fuel rail.

I'm at school right now, I'm skipping all my classes today, I just feel real shitty right now. Figuring out my financial situations for the rest of the year right now. My next 2 checks are gonna be hugeeeee. Hoping to get my new camera by the end of October and what not.

This saturday is the NJtuners.com cruise to Honda Day, so expect my first rolling shots this weekend! w00t

Those tails look good! How were they to put on?

Btw...you should buy a chrome fuel rail! I'd sell you mine, but I cleaned it up and DAYUM it looks nice! I haven't put it on the car yet, but as soon as I get the parts back from Crystal...*taps foot and hums the "Jeopardy" theme*...I'll install it with those Hemi Orange parts. Trust me, if you find one cheap enough, BUY IT! They are a beautiful piece when you get them lookin like new!

Brodie I used Lamin-x Vinyl Tint Film. Need a friend to help put it on though or else it's impossible.

Andpto I'm painting the lip on with blaze red paint.

Thanks everyone.
