4300k is ideal for headlights silly head Ben! But to me 3000k is way too yellow for a headlight, would be taxing to see.

The Yellow will look like an effin' race car! They won't be perfect for night driving, but that's obviously not your intention.

In for pics of the Rotas mounted!

Shit son. This is going to be weird... but interesting. I was hoping for a polished lip on the rotas, but I'm sure they will look more than fine.

Yea I was hoping so too. The guy started changing the story and saying he couldn't guarantee when I would get them back if I went with a polished lip because the machine was at his job, and his boss wasn't letting him use it, etc etc. I said fuck it just give me the rims back. So I may still get them polished if I can find the right price.

Lol, I'm glad you hold me in such high standard. My inspiration comes from watching Toca and other road racing events as a kid in Germany.
If they suck, I'll just put in different bulbs.

Yummy.
Mmmm that looks good. I think your stone white can pull that off. I am very curious on what a yellow headlight/fog combo will look like on your car.

It's been a while since an update. I have LSP doing a beautiful set of retros for me.

Erick is coming to my house on April 28th to install Megasquirt. The car started running like shit a few weeks back and I had to have it towed to my garage. We believe it's an electrical problem. I was going to go standalone at some point anyway, so I figured why not just do it now and let Erick wire it all up and kill two birds with one stone! I'm very excited to say the least.

Since I'm spending more money than I thought I would be, I am regretfully selling the Rotas and keeping the TSWs. They are in the F/S section if you're interested. I also have a stock SRT shifter for sale if anyone wants to take that off my hands. It looks like the car will be up and running by April 30th.

Please do :) I'm excited to see them irl too lol.

In other news, I'm having the car towed to AMS on Tuesday so they can find whatever short there is. Between talking to Erick and me replacing a couple sensors, that's the only possibility left. I got my emissions notice in the mail a couple days ago, so instead of waiting patiently for Erick to get here and install MS, I'll have AMS fix her up so she'll be running properly until Erick gets here. This way I can pass emissions now and not have to worry about it for another 2 years.

I should clarify. That's the effect of the LEDs behind the projector when they're turned on.

Yep Morimotos they are :) These are my first Morimoto retro and though they say that they don't require modification, they do. Great product though, anxious to light them up for the first time.
