Ok so here's my official parts list for the brake swap
Rear disc assembly & sway bar : 150
Slotted rotors & ceramic pads : 177
Dcr lateral control arms. : 157
Stainless brake lines f&R. : 93
Poly bushings kit. : 89
Mopar rear tension bar. :57
Rear wheel hubs. :54
Red & black paint for brakes. :50
Bolts for knuckle. :46
Emergency brake shoes. :27
Short end link bought b4 poly kit :25
Emergency brake hardware. :14
Wheel studs. :10
Locktight. :6
So my total cost is 955 for what I believe is to b one of the best rear set ups for my car. My car had no rear sway bar so the stock rt one will b better then none. Nd I realize there are better and thicker sways but. Not worth 300 when my car didn't have one to start with...
I started buying parts for the swap in October so in almost 6 months I spent 900. Swap begins in 2 weeks.
Things that r getting done with swap
Clutch
All 4 rotors and 8 pads
Coilover cleanup and adjustment
All over bushings
Undercoating
Nd when everything is done car is going in for alignment

Ok so I got a day off and so I wanted to work on something. The gf was with me so i didn't get a lot done. I kept her buzzy by telling to try and light a match on something other the. The match box lmao...
So here we go.
Sway bar brackets sanded and gettin ready for paint.
Sway bar shortendlinks on. Not sure if it matters if the nut is on top or bottom.
Had to drill out the bushings for the sway bar brackets
All finished here
Sway bar short endlinks. Not sure if it matters that the nut is on top or bottom.
Next I just briefly put these on. Are this right??? It looks like it needs something else...
And does anyone have a diagram how these r supposed to go. They r the rear trailing arm bushigs...

Thanks man.... So on Sunday at like five I started the front end tear down.... An at 8 this is where i stopped...
Got the battery, intake and throttle body out...
Next I have nothing but the knuckle and steering arm attached...
Knuckle is gonna come off to get repainted black... I would paint them red but that would take too much time.
Lca and axel needs to b takin off..
Engine degreaser does wonders..
I had to stop to go get my bushings and as brake lines.
Plan on having the rest of suspension off tranny dropped today..
Need to take lca's and trailing arms to shop to get pressed.

Today I finished the tear down.. I got both lca's off and ready to
Take them and the rear trailing arm to a shop to get the new bushings pressed in... Cleaned up the engin bay and wheele wells. Dropped the tranny, nd decreased the shot out of it... Once I got all that done I organized and cleaned up. Cuz next is time for paint....

Install new pads
New rotors
Bleed brakes
Install swaybar links and bushings
Remove cruiscontrol
Do precise coilover adjustments

maybe i missed it previously in your PL but why did you convert your hydraulic clutch to the old cable style?

i still find it funny & sorta rare that you got a wide open piece there. but oh well it doesnt hurt it. Good work on the car and progress man.
Oh yeah since you are doing all this stuff i remember that i forgot to tell you how to adjust the shifter inside the cabin cause i remember yours was way too sloppy. ill try to find the link to pic and edit this when i find it.
edited: nevermind i gotta mess with mine later today so ill just text you a pic of what im talking about when i get to it.
