ive heard flat colors are harder to maintain especially for a DD. I do like the flat better though.

So last night I wanted to tackel some issues the car was having...
First off I got more then normal anount of water in my intake due to heavy rain and now the car isn't runnin very smooth... Everything is viberating more then normL...
Would a ba sensor cause that?.
Also when I installed the front sway bar bushings I didn't lube them so tet started to make noise so I lubed em up good...
My outter tie rod was loose fixed that..
Also installed some bright red led bulbs.
And started cleaning and tearing down the intake mani...

Yeaterday I dug into the intake manifold nd cleaned the bottom half real good, had oil n grees everywhere.
Here's a pic of everything disassembled.
Now what? Do I need thst big box to open and close the butterflies since i took them out? Will my 04 plug, plug into the one for this?
And I'm mAkin some head way on cleanin this...
I know I took. Pic this the other dAy but I just really like how it looks...

Yes you will need that motor assy to operate the butterflies. It wont plug in per say to your factory harness (unless you had an R/T engine harmess) you will need an rpm switch (optional) and a WOT switch. Then wire everything up to a relay. There are a few schematics on here....
I will be running a harlen rpm switch and a Zex WOT switch. Since I grabbed an 03 R/T PDC harness and Engine harness mine will plug in as far as the fuse box since Im still running a regular neon (MTX) CPU... Im going to hide all the wiring in the fuse box.
If you want a nice pic of the schematic you will need I have on e in color I can send you via email.. Let me know
**Also the oil and crap is the norm for our cars...If you run that mag intake I suggest a catch can to snag all that oil and crap before it enters the intake mani...
Need anything man text me!!!!

I think he was asking if he needs it regardless since he took the butterflies out (i.e., both ports are open all the time).
Magnum Intake Manifold looks awesome. And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one running a CAI with no splash guard without worry from the rain lol (had mine for 3+ years without any issues).

so i went to the junk yard yesterday nd got some needed parts. today i took my motorcycle driving test and then worked on my car the rest of the day until i got rained out.
also bought fabric to cover rear deck and door peices this idea is gonna b different and hopefully what im picturing
when i was hookin up the check strap on the passanger side i ended up fixing the wiring to the door cuz the windo wouldnt go up or down. my door jab connectors where in very bad shap.
i also took out the door seals nd cleaned the door seals and and the weather striping and put them in the right location. there wernt in the right spot so there were spots that where lifting.
also cleaned more of the intake mani.
not sure if i want to leave it bare or paint it and if i do paint it. what color
got a rear deck from an 02 without car seat bs.
next i got both grab handles d side and p side
mine were broke.
a long time ago when i was young and dumb i had lambos and took my check straps out well now i have them bak and its nice.
and if i ever get my body kit fixed i got the right side that i needed

If you like it then you shoulda' put a ring on it. Too far?
Btw for a show-car that is kitted and very heavily modified with a lot of custom addons yours really seems to be cohesive which is very hard to do and not just look like a bazillion random shinny 'cool' individual things.
Love the gloss black mixed with the flat black. Actually don't see that to often.

Thanks again, my car isn't actually a show car it's a daily.... The airbag is going to get re covered , the arm reat/ cOncle is getting covered with a leather arm rest with white stiching. The door fabric is also gonna get recovered but idk when yet...Oh and I used to want all show car but I realized I'm not an idiot and I need to do things that are more practiale... Iv matured over the years in modifing my car... And if I had to do it again it wouldn't have a bodykit....
