well today i worked on the car for about 2 hours, moved all the vital junk from ontop of the tranny, and started cleaning up the new 3.94



















sometime this week i have :
-srt shifter
-2000 clutch pedal
-and mtx passenger cv

all arriving

otherwise i have everything i need!.... besides mtx ecu:(

doo ittt! i urge you lol.. i drove a stock 2000 5spd...(actually my teachers) and i fell inlove, also my atx shitted out already so i located the parts n got em. along with the 5spd swap, my hood and trunk are being painted gloss black, engine bay is being re-organized as well as the theme updated, all trays and brackets are being sandblasted tommorow, and either painted or pc'd

ive been kinda being lazy with the car when it comes to the engine bay, but ive decided its time to spruce it up within reason

forget reasoning sullivan go all out.....

ATX does suck. My 01 was sooo slow. It only felt kind of quick from 30-60, then it fell flat on its face.

well today i got alot of cleaning up done, i washed the transmission at school in a ginat dishwasher like parts washer with detergent in it, and sandblasted some other parts. after school i wire wheeled the tranny and gave it a coat of paint. i also picked up some new parts, like a mtx psgr cv shaft, and new seals for the tranny.

im just very resourceful...all the paint and prep was done by me..infact everything done on the car was done by me which cuts down on alot of cost. but i have a job interview on friday, 16 bucks an hour and im prettty much garunteed the job already so im pumped!.....


also how do you all feel about a stock purple and gold theme under the hood?

I know how that goes, I do almost all of my own work. I think that would look badass.

was the fiberglass for?

fix the trunk... the chopped up surfboard got pulled up in customs when it was being reafed on cause my trunk was frozen shut...

today i managed to make some solid adjustable mounts, and the srt shifter, 2000 clutch n brake pedal, 1gn shift knob & boot, and i got a new fliter.

heres some pics, and look back for progress later as im heading out to the garage now do drop that effin 3spd!

in sticking with the gold and purple theme under the hood i painted the solid arm things up tonight lol.

the shifter itself is a 2gn, the shift boot, and handle are 1gn ill make em work lol!

You know, I make shift boots...and I can get that color purple thread

He'd have to get a hold of an SRT-4 boot though...I need the frame.

well im picking up another car tonight.... 97 red sohc mtx sport, lowered ect. for a partout, and im keepin the motor to build a 2.0 up.
