hey guys i decided to update my log... finaly
here is the car a year ago






here is whats been done

srt mirrors

plaid door cards

leather R/T shift knod to match seats

new stereo, and speakers

new HVAC surround

02 front bumper with 99/00 mugen civic lip, black housing headlights and dodge grill

almost all paint and primers have been aquired for the eventual repaint, still need base because i am sweating over the exact color

megan coilovers ordered today, and 195/50/15 Yokohama S.drives

to be done

get some 02 snow flakes( superdan wants to trade so we shall see)

shave my trunk spoiler holes, third brake light and fix the small dings the car has gotten in the last 5 years. should be done by june

repaint. this is the biggest thing for me right now. i need to get this done this year, even if its just getting the body striaght and satin black primer for awhile i want it done, i am doing alot of repairs and shaving so i dont wanna have a multi colored car for months on end, need to find/build a booth before any of this can happen. plus we are looking for a new house with a garage so i am keeping my fingers crossed

i will update with pics when i get my coils next week

Shaved door handles... What is your plan for gaining entry? I like the idea, just curious how your approaching it. And if you going to shave the door handles, you should do the same for you gas tank opening and relocate that someplace nifty.

Ah, I noticed you've been buying alot of stuff in the FS section lately. I knew something was brewing Oh, and if I'm correct, you have 18s right now? I think those 16's would make your car lower a bit by themselves.
I always liked your car, and I can't wait to see those things done. But I still hate you for buying lexeon's front seats before I could.

and a little update,i am almost finished stripping my silverstones,hope to get some paint on them in the next few weeks,still need to order tires but that will be coming soon.oh and my coilover fund is growing fast

well still no coils, they were supposed to be here last monday, so Tuesday i get in contact with the distributor and they tell me that megan is out of stock on these and i am on back order for now, i asked why i had not been notified and he says that megan never even told him, he had to spend an hour on the phone just to get a "the next shipment will be in next week" answer, he offered my money back and was really cool about the whole thing so i kept my order with them, so we shall see

in other news i am going in on may 7th( i hope) to get my front bumper, side skirts and front passenger fender/door repainted and a few small dings fixed. i have decided to have it done vs doing it myself because my local shop gave me a hell of a deal on it all, 400 bucks to paint it all as long as i do all the prep, so for me its less of a hassle for me to go and have someone do it rather than find a place, set up, prep etc to paint myself. so i hope it will be a win, my brother used them the last time he wrecked his F350 and they did great so i have high hopes

in other news i have reached 72k so its time for a tranny flush, coolant flush and new breaks, have those done when i get/install my coilovers

^^^ nope not yet, i keep checking back every week and megan still shows out of stock, the vendor is offering to upgrade my order to BC's rather than wait any longer for the megans,i said that i would like to do that, so i am just waiting for him to get back to me. sooooo pissed at megan right now

well huys the coils are on hold, after waiting for over a month for the coils to be shipped they just refunded my money, thats the good part, now the bad- my wife is having some medical issues that are causing me to miss alot of work so i have to use the refunded money to pay my bills so i dont get behind i still have 500 bucks put away but its going to be at least the next two months to save up the other 500 bucks, so no slammage for awhile yet, i am soooo depressed, but i guess it worked out for the best this way, at least we won't be hurting at all money wise now, and life goes on...

Priorities...fk car mods.... taking care of the wifey + bills ftw.
