A mod list for those who are wondering:
Mopar lowering springs
JLM motorsport shift bushings
Energy Suspension rear sway links
Mopar lip kit
Viper Filter
01 mag cam
BoneYard Racing street fill motor mounts
Mopar crash bolts
BoneYard Racing weighted shift ball

As most of you know mom is getting a new car soon, so I have a large general plan for this. It involves being able to hang with this on a track
2004 M3 for those who dont know

The only definite part of the way there is this bumper and no forced induction.

Sorry, but I got a chuckle that you listed the viper filter as a mod.

Yes that bumper looks like it fits badly. Look at the passenger side headlight. See how the hood follows the light then the bumper is at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch away? poor fitment.

See the line of the hood on the drivers side? Looks good. Passenger side it overlaps.

Poor fitment.

Shall I go on?

Other than the fitment issues, I say go for it, since I've seen worse, and never seen that front end on a Neon.

Yeah I see what you are saying. Im not so good with fiberglass work so I might have to come up with something different.
