Superdans Log...Swap update

No the purple is a brighter shade of purple than the dark Plum Crazy purple, but the flash does make it look brighter. We both thought it looked good though. At least it's not a completely random third color thrown in the mix

Black wouldn't been seen and there's enough black on his car it needed something to pop a little.

And yeah.. we did a lot of work and my body aches all over to prove it. We actually made good time though all things considered. We took two breaks to go get food, fucked with the rear brakes and SRT donor brakes for near an hour, then had to sit around a while for the G2 to dry between coats, then start curing. It was around 1:30 AM when we were cleaning up the tools, and getting ready to go test drive the car. We started working around 11:30 AM. We were busy!

My new favorite car. Good job on working your asses off guys! It definitely paid off. Can't wait to see the final stance.

yeah the calipers arent too much lighter than the plum crazy, i think it was just the flash that made them look pink..lol

Car looks SICK. I'm so mad I couldn't make it. Stance looks good! A solid finger gap is a good height. It's great finding your comfort zone with coils.

Talk about a ton of work done. Glad you got rid of the crappy strut/spring setup. Coliovers are the way to go. You should of got some D2 coilovers...

Would of went well with your purple theme, plus they are the exact same thing as the Megans besides the color, label and maybe the spring rates.

Now get some day pictures with the car nice and cleaned up.

I was JUST telling him that last night. We thought they were a 2nd rate product though. As for the alignment.. we didn't eff with it. looking at it straight on from the rear the camber looks pretty damn good! I was shocked. And since we wants to run bigger tires anyway we should run some massive negative camber and toast these Nexens.

I was thinking of the D2s myself but couldn't recall the name of them. I want to see daytime pictures of the calipers to see how close the match is. Is the VC going darker also?

sorry guys no pics tonight, i visited my pap in the hospital and was there longer than i expected

also my power stering belt snapped on me on my way home from school so im rocking no power steering, going to try and change it tomorrow morning before class

actually i gave up on PS belt, its pissing me off...i couldnt get the tensioner to move i chipped a peice of the pully off
