Yeah SRT bumpers go out much further than Neon bumpers, so the aftermarket bars aren't compatible. Safer with a stock one anyhow. Sucks about how the day went though. You going black/purple in the bay?

yeah it was fail day lol

bay will be mostly black, probably flat black havent really decided on that yet. There will be a hint of purple in there, but i would like to throw another color in there to kind of break it up but i feel it might be too much going on with a third color

Use silver. Black, Purple and Silver. Because it's a rather neutral color it won't take away from it. DarkSyde's engine bay is Purple/Black/Silver and it's damn sexy.

Little update on the engine bay today. I bought BRR's Mopar Performance/ AFE Magnum Force CAI and got it installed today. I like the looks of it a lot and now i dont have to worry about my tire rubbing my filter from when it was in the fender well lol

Not sure why that last picture came out so blurry lol oh well. Im going to have to find a new location for my catch can. Im not really happy with where its at now but it will do for now.

Also, pink valve cover will be gone by this weekend hopefully. Forgot to mention i also paint the Power steering, washer fluid bottle, and brake reservoir caps black a few days ago. Still need to do the dip stick

Next on the list is to get rid of unused wires and paint the strut towers

The only reason I'm not even using this anymore is because I relocated my pcm to the battery tray and the c1/c2 connectors are right where this cai mounts.

You will know, once you start pulling harder over 50-60mph you can tell the ram air effect is working...
