try some strong vinegar first, i would be kinda worried about the steel wool scratching glass. But if it works, im juiced to do mine. the minerals in the water here leave horrendous spots.

ill give that a try....i tried the steel wool it was really fine one and it didnt do much.
But I'm currently looking at rims to possibly save up and buy and here is some of my choices.
Veilside Andrew V 16x7.....found some for $200 but comes with no centercaps...so you could see all the different lug patterns it has.
Rota Track-R 16x7 White with polished lip [wondering how hard it would be to keep them white]
Rota MSR [not this exact color, but imagine it black with blue anondized lip.]
anyone got another other rims that would go great with my color car?

i love the sportmaxs but everyone has them on their car go with the Veilside Andrew V 16x7. Cleaned up and painted they would look good. and im sure if you look and search you can find the center caps.

i was thinking about the sportmaxx's but to even make them fit the 15x8 or the 16x8 i would have to pull and roll my fenders and camber the rear the the fullest possibly along with stretch my tires.

Today....installed a dual bend short shifter and added energy suspension shifter bushing. Also replaced one of my rubber muffler hanger things, so my exhaust wouldnt hit my LCA anymore.

lol I wouldn't consider an ECU change part of the usual smog tune-up. Glad it passed, now you have no excuse to hang out!

Well...
It looks like my engine block threads are messed up where my engine mount bolts up to....so to take out the block drill it out and rethread the holes... = $600 or i can try to fix it how it was before for wayy cheaper
or
buy a b18c1[integra gsr] block, but use the pistons from my b16 and swap it in so it would be around price of block + $600
Compression ratio with the b18c1 block and a b16a head, with oem 3layer HG. would be around 11.3:1-11.6:1 VS. my stock b16a C/R of 10.4:1

That's what I was thinking more towards. More power and torque ftw, I would go ls/vtec or b20/vtec but I want my car to be a reliable daily driver that I won't have to worry about that much. Only thing now is I need to start saving
I might actually do try to do this myself with the help of my cousin. Only problem is that I would have to drive all the way to his shop in sac.

b20 vtec is an awesome combo if you use the arp rod bolts and get it sleeved. I would go with the b18 because of its popularity, reliability, and ease of modding. You can build a b18 that will kill b20's

I have no idea...never really asked him about it. But i know he fixed my moms dent and he restores and sells older VW's sometims too.
Actually i still have to ask him, hopefully he can help, he used to have a crx back in the day.
I'll let you know Derek if i come by your way...I think i still have your number in one of my PMs.
A k20 swap would be good....i seen a engine on craigslist for 900, but no engine and i would still have to buy a harness for it and a tranny, along with the mounts.
