thanks,its not really new its an 05 with like almost 70k miles on it, buts its awd. so that is good.even though i really dont want us getting a car payment.well i should say her. but she got a promotion at work, and deserves it .

ya, im still up in the air about getting rid of the neon though. but i cant find it feasible to keep it and get rid of the intrepid. when the neon if i was to sell it i would get maybe $500 if i was lucky and the intrepid is worth about $2500, it has less miles better shape ( NO RUST) at all. runs better and i would trust it to drive from here to CA . granted i know the neon would hold up driving that far too but i will make more parting the car.

still need to get a oem hood , shifter, and some new head lights and a muffler.
the cam is staying in the car bc one i dont have time to mess with taking it out and if i ever want the car back i can buy it back i get first chance.
the paint is crap ( like most of you know it would be but i did it in like 10 mins and with about 4-5 cans of blue paint)
but so long to this neon it is sold $600 with the spare engine and anything else that might be of use.

i love me neon but i speed to much in it and i have not had a speeding ticking for 3 yrs before i got this car, and i have 3 tickets and i have only owned the car 8-9 months.
Sucks that you got rid of the car man. If my wife didn't want to drive something I provided her, I'd tell her to get bent. If she wants a new car, go buy one. The only thing that caused you to get tickets in the neon though, was you. I've driven since 2002. I drove a cammed, gutted 1st gen daily for a long time, and I got no tickets.
If you still need a stock hood, let me know. I have one sitting in my shed. It's from certifit, and it's just in primer from them. If you're interested let me know, maybe we could meet up somewhere.

found out tonight im not getting rid the car , my mom no longer wants it, so its going to be taken off the road, and put in my dads garage , so maybe i can fix it right this time being i am not going to be driving it as a dd ( maybe a 2.4 swap soon. who knows) so as of right now what i have in my fs post is still for sale but might not be soon so if someone wants something better get it now before i change my mind!

well keeping the neon on the road. just incase if any issues with the intrepid but keeping it in my dads garage, the xterra is now in our possession we are driving it as of tonight. needs a good detailing which if its nice out tomorrow it will get that!

well, mom didnt want the car, was only going to sell it to her anyways, gf didnt want me selling it just in case if something happens to the intrepid. so all is well and ya i dont know what im doing until i actually do it! one min i can be getting a equinox and then end up with a xterra. i never know what im doing from one min to the next! but i got the xterra now so i know i have that!
need to do the following
fix the front bumper, rear bumper ( some surface rust spots on the rear one) front one is obvious then buff and wax the damn thing
looking for some good 16" all terrain tires ( anyone have any suggestions)
and best part about this is its my fav color for a vehicle too! silver!
