I gotta wait to get the wheels back from powdercoat, then get the tires mounted, then mount the setup, and then I can dial in more drop.

Small, but important update:

Got my "inspection" and the car is now NJ legal till June 2012. :D So happy!

Also, back seats and spare tire are out, there's a good 50+ pounds of weight savings. Got some ideas on what to do with the bare metal that's showing, but need more time to think about it.

It's not too bad, but I can'not pass because of the Megasquirt causing the stock ecu to throw codes, eyelids, too low, etc. But with some $$$ and knowing the right people you'll pass.

^Word, but no one had to even look at my car. :p

Got the 180 T-stat in today, gonna go for a drive sometime Monday to see how everything goes with that. Also that day I gotta get the lateral arms in. Was gonna do it tomorrow, but friends wanna go down to the beach real early, so I'm not gonna have time probably.

Also I probably won't have enough time before Carlisle to relocate the battery and get the tray, boost controller, and vacuum block in, which means 5 psi still for Carlisle. I don't even know if I will have any time to get an alignment to adjust the suspension, and roll the fenders, so I may be the same stance as well. Meh.

Boost controller is easy as pie to put in. You best have that on, unless you really want a beat down on the road.

I know it's easy to install, but I'd rather not unless I have somewhere clean to put it, which I don't with the battery still there.. You'd probably walk me either way.

Careful with the control arms. The bolts will be seized up and will want to break. Make sure you heat them/knuckle up cherry red before you attempt to get them out.

So I ran into a bit of a problem.

Talked to my PC'er today, and he isn't expecting to finish everything till FRIDAY.. Carlisle is Thursday. This is really frustrating because I told him 2 week ago that I needed it by Thursday the latest, and he said it wasn't a problem. Apparently the Sweet Cherry Red I wanted was on back order, and he gave me no notice what so ever.

So this really sucks. The show I have been looking forward to for the entire year and the first time I've had off more than 3 days in a row since last Carlisle, my car isn't even in show condition.

Shit sucks, maybe by some shot in the dark he'll have it ready Thursday and I can throw everything together that day, but I doubt it.

Oh well.

^ There's still a gap dude. Is it smaller? Yes. He was still asking why he didn't make it one piece, which would look worlds better still.

its just the powder coated stuff i believe so i dont see a reason why the brides wouldn't be in the car.
