Thanks guys, looking forward to seeing all of you at Carlisle!

One picture for youuuuuu: Car was very dirty with dust / hand prints / grease etc;
Image

Loving the car again, it drives soo much nicer now. Got that PITA exhaust leak fixed (turbo meeting downpipe), the intercooler piping is much more secure and doesn't scrape nearly as much, the heat wrap and coating holds back a lot of heat in the bay, and the reflective barrier on the firewall and other parts in the bay keep things from absorbing heat and holding it in...

The gap on the lip is very very little, doesn't really show up in pictures at this point..

More pictures later.

Thanks everyone. So some updates for now:

- Stuff still at powdercoaters.
- 180 T-Stat and LCA's are FINALLY here. Only took them 3 weeks.
- Getting the runaround treatment from the shop I ordered the Brides with. A lot of excuses and unanswered phone calls. I'm giving it another week before I ask for my money back / start a dispute.

Oh, and I thought you guys might like this. Went to a meet and some people took pictures of my car, and I know you guys always see my car through my pro. photos, so I thought you'd like to see what it looks like through a regular point+shoot.

That's because it's held on with zip ties because I have the bolts out until everything comes back from PC. Thanks for playing, try again.

Not trying to "win" bruh. Just pointing out what I saw. Sorry if my non-leghump post wasn't Steven enough for you.

EDIT:

You rofl'd at regular cars at the "meet" when your shit is ziptied? Does your head fit through regular doorways?

Steven - Yes ma'am. I bet you can't wait to see Anthony's penis @ Carlisle.

Couldn't care if it was leg-humping or not, but the way you comment on everything comes out very unconstructive.

Image
Grille fits fine.

And yes I "rofled" at regular cars at the meet regardless of zipties on my car or not, because they are only there for a reason, because I am getting things powdercoated to make my car better. They were showing off stock motors, cool bro.

While I agree w/ lol'n @ showing off stock stuff, at least admit your car wasn't in "it's" form for that show either.

Easy w/ that grille argument. Didn't say it never fit fine. I said it didn't fit with that picture.

I'll skeedaddle from this "thread." Too many red cars w/ white wheels in it.

EDIT//

If I was trying to be constructive, it would have been obvious

Oh no it wasn't. (Wasn't a show, just local meet.) I hadn't even planned on bringing out, but a few had asked me to.

Byeeeee now.

Most likely going to have to force the shop I got them with to give me my money back, and order them with someone else. No Brides for Carlisle. :(
