i had the car back together and i was driving it daily and then i turned the boost up to 20 psi and then i was having problems with my head gasket separating and blowing coolant and oil everywhere, it ended up being a shitty fel-pro gasket. well i have just about started over on the car i have it all apart now.....

The hahn super 16g is horribly blown so i dont know if i want to upgrade or rebuild. i am also debating running a different intake mani or redoing the current one for a neon tb instead of the jeep.
i took the interior completely out due to finding water in the back floor. the dash is all apart to re-wire the turbo timer and fix some wires from the alarm that was in it before.

ill have some pics up soon i have alot i need to go through them... :banghead:

First question: Was there a restrictor line on the turbo feed, and if not, was one needed?

For simplicity's sake, you could go with an SRT turbo. They're cheap enough that they can just bolt up, and you can get a downpipe off ebay for cheap as balls. I believe they are a variant of the 16G turbo, but there's a lot of aftermarket support for them.

I'm willing to bet the water leak is the tail lights. I'll put money on it. That's where mine was leaking.

I like the intake manifold, I'd keep it. There's no real benefit of using a neon TB over the jeep. The jeep is supposed to be better. What cams are those?

there was a oil restrictor on the oil feed, the whole turbo setup is the hahn kit. i have thought about running a srt setup, i still might depending on the cost to rebuild my turbo.

i already resealed my lights, so i think the water is coming from the sunroof.

i like the intake alot the jeep tb is kinda messed up i was just thinking about changing to see if there was a difference.
