i really think i can make this work .. today my new ( tinted .. no no not taint ) are gonna be on the car ... and maybe shaping the lip.

ok update,

tinted the tails and shaped the lip.
didn's tinted the fogs yet ... need a loose spare for the law ( april it has to be showen )
didn't tint the breaklight ( i know crystal ... )
not sure yet... got a spare red one though

like it so far ... no paint the sucker and mount it to the car.

i really want a dodge grill in my car ... so anyone up for a trade .. chrysler ( painted black like the pic ) trade for dodge ( with emblem intact ) ???

You should have no problem getting that trade, but I'd maybe get the paint off of your grille or do it black or something. Better chance of moving IMO.

paint comes of very easy .. but that would be the choice of the one who wants to trade

i hope to get this trade fast .. i really doubt for a long time .. but sinds i have the dodge emblem on the back .. and wanting a black grill .

i know i wont feel sorry after a while .. dodge is more populair here than chrysler , there with you guys its the other way around

ok next is black paint ... i did 3 cans of black .. so its a real thick layer

clear cote is on now .. looks damn good.

tomorrow i'll put it on the car, and instal the srt rims back ... o and for crystal and dtjackten .. i tinted my break light

I've only painted a few things, but I hear thick layers are a recipe for disaster. Otherwise, looking good mate.

little tiny update thingy

booger bushings are in now ... i didnt know is was that much of a change :O
mine were in top shape .. but WOW what great shifting.

I just put Boogers in my SRT and they made a huge difference for me also. Everything is super stiff. The lip looks good! Awesome that you tinted the third brake light

little update again.

i've exchanged my chrysler grill with a dodge grill here on the forum.

yeah yeah i know .. you guys like the chrysler thing better ... we the dodge though

ok time for new updates with the pic's to proof

i bought myself an civic type r lip from an e-bay like www.
the thing was that it was broken in the corner so it cost me 30 euro's or 25 dollar

been busy today and look what i ve done in 4 hour

first of .. sawed the top lip of and shortend it.



then i begone bending the thing with a little help of a small torch .. works like a charm
just heat it from the inside en start bending it slowley

after that i had to make it one piece again.
the trick how ive done that issss .



and heres the trick to keep it strong ( used special cleu btw )



those liitle blue plates are there to make the whole thing a bid strong ... and works fine ...
want proof ???? ok heres the proof ... 30 min after glueing it.



it fits soo thight ... it hangs by itself yeah baby

heres the old crack ive glued.

ok so im gonna paint it later this day, and tommorrow it'll be in place and instaled.
