i had the same problem with my tb when i got it from modern. it has a place for the cruise control you have to get your dremal out and make it a little bigger then the cruise cable will fit.

great color match work, I should have done the same instead of paying someone to do mine. As for the TB and cruise, it's weird that mine fit without a problem and my 02 uses the same actuator as your car. I wonder if some of the TB's were machined wrong

We'll my MPx TB was made for an 02..so that's probably why it looks the same. But it works on my 03 RT just fine.

Pop Can in relation to Height.
itll be more lower tomorrow.

So i lowered her some more.like another 1/2 inch. dont rub anymore.well i still have a rubbing issure with my CAI but ill solve that eventually.
The coil is almost maxxed out on drop height.
but im going to try and go a lil bit more lower tomorrow.
i gotta finish cutting this 1 piece on the front bumper so it doesnt hit when i set the coils lower.

ANY time you move the suspension of the car, it needs an alignment.

You wasted money two weeks ago.

This.

Plus with the camber the way it looks like in the pics, you'll need new tires within like 6 months since you seem to be driving on the edges. Set your height, realign the car, then leave it.

Great logic. Instead of being safe you'll just rip up tires because you only use them in summer. Boy you're a genius.

Oh and uh... planning on welding those pinch welds back together?

Ummm, yeah, absolutely do that before you even drive the car. They're a solid piece for a reason, after all.

Lol. They sorta help basically yanno keep the car together, etc....plus you're putting all this extra weight on it being stupid low.

You really should have gone w/ 16s so your chassis could be low and you'd still have clearance. Well that, and it's cheaper to replace tires for 16" wheels than 17" ones. Lord knows there'll be a post about you drifting your Neon on the on-ramp NEXT winter using THESE same 17" tires lul.

I bet your handling sucks. You probably think it's great, but I have a feeling it isn't. I was around that height and it was worse than stock.

Just tryin' to help him really. I wanted to keep going lower, and shit got worse and worse on the car...he'll eat tires, irreplacable (sp?!) body work, etc... It's not worth it when you pussyfoot around all the time. Plus being low isn't wheel gap. It's how low the car gets to the ground. My civic on 13s will be merely inches from scraping, and I will BARELY tuck tire :shrugs:

I'm out of the "dumped" game though. Performance > ass-dragging.

Yeah you definitely need to weld that up....then get an alignment so you don't kill your tires anymore than you already have. Just not practical IMO but to each their own.

I agree with Adam, Sean, Ryan and John here.
